MY ATHLETIC JOURNEY
More Than a Game
Competitive ice hockey and lacrosse shaped who I am — teaching me discipline, resilience, and how to lead. Today, that same drive carries into Pilates and a lifelong commitment to wellness.

01 — ICE HOCKEY
A Decade on the Ice
Years of early mornings, cold rinks, and countless practices built the foundation of my competitive life. Hockey taught me to stay composed under pressure, trust my teammates, and earn every moment of progress. Those seasons culminated in a state championship — a shared victory that still reminds me what a committed team can achieve.
02 — LACROSSE & LEADERSHIP
Beyond the Rink
On the lacrosse field, I found a different rhythm — speed, strategy, and constant communication. Competing in two demanding sports pushed me to manage my time, support those around me, and step into leadership roles where setting the example mattered more than any individual stat.

Movement Beyond Competition
03 — PILATES & WELLNESS
Today, my relationship with movement is about balance rather than the scoreboard. Pilates has given me a new appreciation for strength, alignment, and mindful control and sparked a deeper interest in wellness as a way to care for both body and mind.
Lessons That Last
Discipline
Showing up consistently, especially when it's hard, is where real growth begins.
Teamwork
A championship is never won alone — it's built on trust and shared purpose.
Balance
Strength comes from listening to your body as much as pushing it.
